I found Professional Appliance Repair via Google search and took a chance based on the number of positive reviews. I called them on Wednesday and they contacted me back immediately and scheduled my diagnostic repair for that Friday morning. Sam was the repair technician and he called about 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was very thorough and clear in his diagnosis of the issues with my GE refrigerator and was able to repair and replace the necessary parts. He cleaned up his workspace afterwards and was extremely helpful and willing to make sure I understood why he recommended certain parts to be replaced. I hope that I don't need their services anytime soon, but I highly recommend this business for all appliance repairs. They have found a new customer in me. ~ Megan H

I picked this place because of the reviews I read on here. I called with a leaking washing machine and got put on the calendar. Sam called the morning of the scheduled appointment, as promised, to let me know when he would be out here. Of course, just like taking your car to the shop, it wouldn't leak while he was here. He said to call me when it did leak and he would come back out and not charge me the visit fee, since I was already paying that for the visit. I finally got it to leak again and he came back out that same afternoon. He was able to diagnose the problem and order the part. Since he had already charged me for the initial visit he then only charged me a fair rate for the installation of the part. I will absolutely be calling Professional Appliance Repair if I have any further appliance issues! ~ Scott M

He got my Viking refrigerator up and running the same day by replacing the faulty fan and also fixed my Viking oven, which had a dab ignitor. Super professional, fast and knows his stuff! My washing machine broke on Saturday morning full of laundry. I called a couple of places before this one but none of them could get to me for a couple of days. This place answered the phone promptly and responded out within a few hours. The technician had all of the parts he needed and fixed my washing machine by the end of the day. He was courteous and cleaned up before he left. The price was on par with other appliance repairs I have had in the past. This business is a small family owned business which is always nice to support too. ~ Lee

This company is amazing!! My refrigerator stopped working on a Thursday night called Victoria in a panic she had Sam at my house Friday morning at 8am. He was prompt and very professional. He got right to the problem and was back at my house that night to fix it. He was great again very professional and knows his stuff!! This company came out on a Saturday when no one else would to fix my top loading washing machine. Prior to reaching Professional Appliance Repair i called 18 other places that were on my neighborhoods Facebook page- EIGHTEEN! Sam was our repairman- i believe that is a photo of him with glasses on the google reviews. He was professional, prompt, kind and courteous. He diagnosed our issue on a saturday and said he would be back monday with the correct part when the repair shops are open. And he was. Part was inexpensive and the service call was only an additional $65 which i think is very fair. We had a few good days of washing until someone in our household overfilled the machine with a massive load…and it broke AGAIN but in a different way. Called this company again and they sent Sam out the next day, he needed another part that was under warranty. Came back a day later and fixed again. Sam was kind, swift and reliable. I wish every contractor/repair person was like him. He has a good thing going and i cannot recommend him and this company enough. ~ Kat

We recently had a great experience with Professional Appliance Repair. Our dryer was no longer getting hot and they sent Sam out within a day to diagnose and repair. He was prompt, identified the issue and did a quick fix so we could use it that same day, then came back with the proper part to completely resolve the issue. Also, we had him take a look at our fridge as it was having issues and he replaced a fan that same day to resolve that as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. ~ Robert H

Although the issue wasn’t resolved on the first visit, Sam went above and beyond, returning twice more to ensure everything was fixed properly. We had service on our refrigerator less than 24hr after contacting Professional Appliance Repair, response time from Viktoriia was almost immediate and the technician, Sam, was on time and very knowledgeable. He noticed a second issue and addressed that as well to get our fridge back to 100%; he had all supplies with him for both repairs. We had a frontload dryer that was making some ugly noises. We had not used Professional Appliance Repair before, but the reviews were very positive. Sam came out and got us fixed up. He knew exactly what the problem was when he opened up the machine and he was patient with our questions, curiousity, and need to talk through decisions. The dryer has worked well since. Fridge not working. Called Professional Appliance Repair 2:45 pm Friday. Sam was at our house at 10am Saturday. Part needed to be replaced. Sam did a temporary fix so we could use the fridge over the weekend. By 3pm Monday the fridge was repaired. Professional Appliance is definitely our go to company for appliance repairs. ~ Diane

One Friday morning earlier this month we discovered that the temperature inside our refrigerator had risen to 60 degrees. The appliance repair service that we normally use was extremely busy and could not schedule us until the following Monday. Looking for a company near Palm Harbor, we searched on-line and fortunately found Professional Appliance Repair. They only had a few reviews, but they were all five star and their rating with the BBB was A+. We called and within a couple of hours Sam arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the fan. The repair only took him about 30 minutes and the refrigerator began to cool. It continues to work as it should. A week or so later, we called to request service on a front loading, Samsung washing machine that was not draining properly. The issue had been going on for nearly a year and was getting worse. Sam diagnosed the problem as a faulty drain pump motor which he expertly replaced during the same visit. The washing machine seems to be working well again and we are grateful that we didn't have to buy a new one. Professional is a good word to describe this company. It is evident that they care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. ~ Janet S
